wine & yoga
Yoga and wine put us in touch with our senses and help us experience the richness of life in high definition. We help you connect with your body, mind, spirit and breathe.
The idea of creating the Yoga and Wine workshop manifested when I started to draw alignment to the similarities I found of the two different worlds of Wine and Yoga. While drawing the chart of a Vinyasa Class I was surprised how familiar it was to witness the birth of a wine.
So the idea became real in practice and I began to offer the one hour vinyasa practice followed by a wine tasting. Read more…
