This month we will focus on different winemaking techniques and their impacts on the wines. So we can understand the terms such as fruity, barrel aged, matured in bottle etc in a better sense.
We will explore wines from different regions with little nibbles and chat about different styles of wines and also how we can successfully pair our food and wine.
